Appointment Setter Needed

Position Summary

The Inside Sales Representative will act as the first contact for prospects through both inbound and outbound calls.  Responsible for supporting sales and business development within a defined territory, the Insides Sales Professional will qualify leads, set appointments, and close business over the phone and by email.  This role is an integral part to the revenue and business growth of Mobile Marketing Strategies, LLC.  To be considered please submit a resume to:

Job Requirements:

  • High Speed Internet
  • Computer running Windows 7, 8.1 or 10 (latest Security Packs)
  • Headset with MIC for VoIP Communications

 Key Performance Indicators:

  • Outbound calls per day
  • Appointments set per week
  • Sales closed from set appointments

Core Functions:

  • Proactively call into accounts on target lists with the goal of setting appointments for outside sales reps
  • Work with calendars and schedules to set appointments for outside sales team
  • Follow up and confirm appointments set with prospects
  • Guide prospects through online purchase process as needed
  • Handle objections using techniques to get through gatekeepers to the decision makers
  • Report KPI’s on a daily and weekly basis
  • Follow internal reporting processes for logging communication and activity in CRM and dialer software
  • Responsible for gaining understanding of target markets, verticals and location terminology
